The programming of such an event is, as you can imagine: a huge task. The committee endeavours to have all programming completed early so please have your entries in as soon as you can.

Direct debit details for online payments are available in the hard copy 2017 – Entry Form also. Alternatively, you can contact the committee to arrange alternate payment methods.
Refund policy – There is no refund policy because the money paid is for administrative services associated with the Enrolment.
Delivery policy – Once the confirmation email from eWAY has been received, entries have been submitted. Pilbara Music Festival will be in touch within one week after the closing date to organise your schedules for your entry between the 4th – 10th September.
